bai zhu shao yao san 白朮芍藥散

Name of Formula: bai zhu shao yao san (Source: Rui Zhu Tang Jing Yan Fang)

Applications: chronic diarrhea with symptoms of pixu (spleen deficient)

Prescription:

shao_yao  12 g, bai zhu 15 g, chen pi  6 g, fang feng 8 g.

Add 3 bowls of water. Boil down to 90% of a bowl.

Drink an hour before meals while warm.

 

白朮芍藥散 (瑞竹堂經驗方)i

[组成] 白朮15g, 白芍12 g,  陳皮 6 g,  防風  8 g.

[主治] 痛瀉。腸鳴腹痛,大便泄
必腹痛,舌苔薄白,脉弦而 緩慢。

用于治療急性腸炎、神經性腹
等属于脾脾虛 肝實 而有上述 症狀者。
 

[加减法]

  1. : 加升麻 9 g, 黨参15 g, 肉豆蔻 10 g.

  2. 消化不良: 加山楂 10 g, 神麴 9 g.

  3. 小便不利: 加 車前子 9 g, 滑石 9 g.

  4. 脹: 加厚樸 10 g, 砂仁 8 g.(後下)
